Upset...
Have you ever felt that sometimes the result you obtain was not worth your effort? Have you ever felt so confident and sure in getting something but it just comes out the opposite?
I am sure you all felt this way b4...
I am talking bout my Biochem results..I found the paper EASY after I did it..at first I was very happy that I have got oni 3 mistakes, but after checking the answers with Joon keat's paper, I found out I have 7 mistakes. It's disappointing as I even skipped anat dissection to study.

Your Value...
A well known speaker started off his seminar by holding up a $20 bill. In the room of 200, he asked, "Who would like this $20 bill?"
Hands started going up.He said, "I am going to give this $20 to one of you but first, let me do this."
He proceeded to crumple the dollar bill up.He then asked, "Who still wants it?"Still the hands were up in the air."Well," he replied, "What if I do this?"
And he dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the floor with his shoe.He picked it up, now all crumpled and dirty. "Now who still wants it?" Still the hands went into the air.
"My friends, you have all learned a very valuable lesson. No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease in value. It was still worth $20.
Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way.We feel as though we are worthless. But no matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value. You are special - Don't ever forget it!
Plan
Since the cause of not doing well in block 1 has been discovered, I am goin to proceed to plan a
WINNING SIMULATION for block 2...
1) First thing first, this block's main priority is
STUDIES2) Study consistently everyday for
4 hrs3) Going to
MEMORISE more instead of keep on reading(dreaming). It is a true fact that most of us start reading and slowly our concentration wane away, and at the end of the day...wat do we get? we sit in front of the book for 6 hrs and we claimed we studies DAMNNNNNN hard...
4)For block 1, my mantra was, "Come what may, Be what might"
For BLOCK 2, it is, "If it is to be, it is up to me."5) Not going to be distracted by unneccasary things...entertainment not includedI will add more to this list and time passes as I will know which and what to improve on...

Topless in Physio prac..
Niacin 20 mg!! My mentor, James Gonsalves came for physio prac today and we learnt about respiratory examination..And he picked me as the subject to be presented in front of the class..Firstly I was reluctant to go but as there were no other volunteers who was willing to take up the task, as well as the the mentor's insist, I had no choice but to unbutton my shirt and go up to this DAMMMNNNN GOOODD mentor..It wasn't really cold in front but I was nervous and I started to sweat..I am a person who sweats at times...But then again, sometimes i just sweat although i don't feel nervous. Maybe mentally i don't feel the nervous feeling, but my body does and reacts in the sympathetic way, that is to sweat...
Haihzzz...everyone got their own problems....
Never ever give up...

We all should never give up on our way to our goals!! even though it might seem as though we will fail for sure!! with persistence, intensive and sustained effort, we will get out successfully!!
Eg of ppl who never give up:
1) Michael Jordan was cut from his high school basketball team.
2) Isaac Newton did poorly in grade school.
3) A newspaper editor fired Walt Disney because he had no good ideas.
4) Beethoven's music teacher once said of him "as a composer he is hopeless."
5) Low Chin Aun was told by his mentor, James Gonsalves that his results were all as good as fail
A lesson from End Point....
Jz yesterday which was 13th June 2006, I went to End Point jz to have sometime alone. For the passed few days, I did not feel as energetic as I used to be, and everytime I entered my room, there is some sort of pressure telling me that I have to study...and once I start reading and don't understand a certain statement, I start getting frustrated...
As I sat down on a rock and look down at the green scenery with the lake reflecting the glow of the setting sun, I start questioning myself WHY i am acting in such a manner..and the answers i got was:
1) Did not perform up to what is expected of myself
2) Tremendous pressure to perform well in Block 2
3) Can't manage my time well...distractions(TVB series and Q-ball)
4) Somebody...
The soft wind blew at my face as though trying to remove fatigue off my body. Looking at a view which i will not get in KL, i told myself..THERE IS A DAMN BIG WORLD OUTSIDE TO EXPLORE...my problems are as minute as cells seen under a histology slide. As I stood up and walk towards my splendour, i know there is only one way to continue from where I left off...that is..
To stand up on my own and fight again once more for what i believe in....
